Began learning photography in 2009, time-lapsing in 2011, went full-time in 2014 and started tours and workshops in 2015.

Mike is an Emmy-winner who’s work has been licensed by almost every major brand across the globe, has been used in five feature films, many of the Landmark Nature series over the last decade, won awards in photography and film and has spoken at places like BH Photo, Canon and Disney Animation Studios.
